The following is an update of the construction to take place for the week beginning Monday, December 30, 2019.

Southbound I-91 bridge activities:

Monday through Friday:

• Weather permitting, continue girder erection
• Continue maintenance of traffic control devises

Weather permitting, beginning at Exit 7 southbound, motorists can expect two daily rolling roadblocks between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm causing approximately a 30-minute delay.

NARROW LANES – REDUCED SPEEDS – USE CAUTION!

The following is an update of the construction to take place for the week beginning Monday, December 23, 2019.

Southbound I-91 bridge activities:

Monday through Friday:

• No work due to the Christmas holiday
• Work continues on the southbound abutment (#1) approach
• Girder prep work at the southbound weigh station north of the bridge
• Continue maintenance of traffic control devices

Please note there will be girders delivered onto the project site.
