The following is the anticipated daytime work schedule for the week beginning Sunday, May 31, 2020:
Sunday & Monday (subsequent nights if necessary) – 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.:
- Weather permitting, pavement markings throughout the project limits
Traffic control will be present during all activities allowing for one lane of alternating traffic. Motorists may encounter minor delays.
Monday through Friday – 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:
- Project cleanup throughout
Two-way traffic will be maintained.
As part of Governor Scott’s “Work Smart, Stay Safe” order, all construction crews are currently subject to safety restrictions and precautions.

Southbound I-91 bridge activities resume with limited personnel.
Monday through Friday:
- Work on Pier’s 2 and 3
- Continue bridge deck work
- Continue maintenance of traffic control devises

The following is an update of the construction to take place for the week beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Southbound I-91 bridge activities resume with limited personnel.
Monday: No work due to the Memorial Day holiday
Tuesday through Friday:
- Work on Pier’s 1 and 2
- Bridge deck work
- Continue maintenance of traffic control devises

Monday – No work due to the Memorial Day holiday
Tuesday through Thursday (possibly Friday) – 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.:
- Weather permitting, pavement markings throughout the project limits
Traffic control will be present allowing for one lane of alternating traffic.
Tuesday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:
- Sign Installation
- Signal work
- Continue installation of topsoil along the shoulders
Two-way traffic will be maintained.
Route 2A – Paving 
Route 2A – Paved
The following is the anticipated daytime work schedule for the week beginning Saturday, May 16, 2020:
Saturday – 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:
- Continue sidewalk construction on the east side between Morgan Parkway and Eastview Circle
- Weather permitting, continue paving the leveling course
Sunday – 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.:
- Catch basin adjustments throughout the project in anticipation of final paving
Tuesday through Thursday (possibly Friday) – 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.:
- Weather permitting, final paving of the wearing course
Monday through Friday – 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:
- Work at the River Cove Road intersection
- Completion of the sidewalk construction on the east side between Morgan Parkway and Eastview Circle
- Installation of topsoil along the shoulders
Traffic control will be present during all activities allowing for one lane of alternating traffic. Motorists may encounter minor delays.
