The anticipated work schedule for the I-91 Rockingham Bridges

For the week beginning Monday, September 24 , 2018:

I-91 northbound bridge activities:

Monday thru Thursday – 5:00pm to 5:00am:
Monday thru Friday – Daytime:

  • Continue installation of bridge deck form work and overhang.
  • Begin installing deck steel reinforcement.
  • Complete removal of temporary supports that held the beams and forms.
  • Remove back wall forms at the northern abutment.
  • Begin forming back wall at the southern abutment.

REED & REED WILL CONTINUE WORKING A NIGHT SHIFT.

VT 117 – September 20, 2018

The anticipated work schedule is as follows:
  • 8:00am  Weather permitting, paving to begin at the Essex/Jericho town line working westbound.
  • 9:00am  Underdrain work continues between the Jericho/Richmond town line and the US Route 2 intersection.
  • 7:00am  Continued structure work within the VT-289 area.
Traffic control will be present allowing for one lane of alternating traffic through the work zones.

  • Shoulder/Ditch work continues between the Essex/Jericho town line and N. Williston Road.
  • Underdrain & culvert work continues between the Jericho/Richmond town line and the US Route 2 intersection.
  • Continued structure work within the VT-289 area.
Traffic control will be present allowing for one lane of alternating traffic through the work zones.

  • Shoulder/Ditch work continues between the Essex/Jericho town line and Tiffany Lane.
  • Underdrain work continues between the Jericho/Richmond town line and the US Route 2 intersection.

 Thursday & Friday:

  • Weather permitting, paving begins.

Bridge #8 Update

This project is complete for the 2018 season.

In 2019, the contractor will be back to complete the fishing access, at which time I will notify you.

  • Weather permitting, continued installation of cold mix between Sand Hill Road and Tiffany Lane.
  • Shoulder clean up and ditch work continues between the Essex/Jericho town line and N. Williston Road.

MOTORISTS PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING THRU THE WORK ZONE AND DRIVE SLOW!

Commuting motorists should seek alternate routes.  Expect delays during peak hours!
