Rockingham Bridges-I91
The Vermont Agency of Transportation in conjunction with the design/build team of Reed & Reed, Inc. will complete bridge replacement on the I-91 bridges #24S & 24N over the Williams River in Rockingham, VT. This project has an anticipated completion date of September 2021.
I-91 NORTHBOUND & SOUTHBOUND ARE REDUCED TO ONE LANE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE.
I-91 NORTHBOUND MOTORISTS SHOULD BE AWARE OF MERGING RAMP TRAFFIC ENTERING THE ROADWAY!

MONDAY, JUNE 11, 2020 – ROLLING ROAD BLOCKS:
Due to some necessary roadway maintenance, Beginning at Exit 5 northbound, motorists can expect a rolling road block beginning at 8:00 a.m. with another at 10:00 a.m., if necessary, causing approximately a 20-minute delay.
Beginning at Exit 7 southbound, motorists can expect a rolling road block beginning at 12:30 p.m. with another at 1:30 p.m., if necessary, causing approximately a 20-minute delay.

Southbound I-91 bridge activities will be suspended after work tomorrow Friday, March 13, 2020 as the contractor will be shutting down until mid-April for the final phase of construction. Minimal personnel will continue to be onsite during this shut-down period.I will resume these weekly updates prior to work resuming in full capacity.
