The following is an update of the construction to take place for the week beginning Monday, October 21, 2019.

Southbound I-91 bridge activities:

Monday through Saturday:

• Continue work on Pier 2
• Prep work for Pier 1 cap
• Work continues on the southbound abutment (#1) approach
• Continue receiving girders onsite
• Continue maintenance of traffic control devises

I-91 SOUTHBOUND ROLLING ROADBLOCKS NOTIFICATION:

Beginning October 28, 2019, weather permitting at 7:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  starting at Exit 7, motorists can expect a rolling roadblock for approximately a 30-minute delay to allow for beam deliveries. These deliveries will be Monday through Friday.
