South Burlington-Williston US Route 2 and VT Route 2A
This VTrans rehabilitation project is US Route 2 from Boxwood Lane, Williston to Millham Court, So. Burlington along with the repaving project of VT Route 2A from Hurricane Lane to Helena Drive, Williston. he work that needs to be completed on this project includes new traffic signals at the intersection of Route 2 at Harvest Lane/Blair Park and Brownell Roads along with some punch list items with a final completion date estimated to be mid-July 2018.

MOTORISTS PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING THRU THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE!
Work continues on the foundations for the signal poles at each intersection listed above. The hours of operation will be from 6:30am until 7:00pm. It is anticipated to keep 2-way traffic flowing during peak hours. If necessary, traffic control will be present to allow for 1-lane of alternating traffic during 9:00am until 2:30pm.This project is complete for the 2017 construction season. In the spring of 2018, we will be back to complete the new signals on Route 2 at the Blair Park/Harvest Lane intersection and the Brownell Roads intersection.
Monday, July 2, 2018 – 7:00pm to 6:00am
• Milling and paving on Route 2 eastbound between Gregory Drive to the So. Burlington/Williston Town line, between Calkins Court & Munson Court and within the Brownell Road Intersection for repair work.
• Line striping on Route 2A near the VT State Police Barracks.
Motorist be aware that traffic control will be present causing 1-lane of alternating travel within the construction areas.
The following is the anticipated schedule on Route 2 for the week beginning Monday, June 11, 2018:
Monday thru Friday: Daytime – 6:30am to 7:00pm
- Drainage work between the Harvest Lane/Blair Park and North Brownell Roads intersections in the westbound lane.
Motorist be aware that we are going to try to maintain 2-way traffic at all times however use caution while traveling thru the construction areas.
The following is the anticipated schedule on Route 2 for the week beginning Monday, June 04, 2018:
Monday thru Friday: Daytime – 6:30am to 7:00pm
- Work continues on the installation of the traffic signals at both the Harvest Lane/Blair Park and North Brownell Roads intersections.
- Drainage work between the Harvest Lane/Blair Park and North Brownell Roads intersections in the westbound lane.
